Everything you need before pickup
Where will my driver meet me at Bali Airport?+
Your driver will wait in the official arrivals meeting area holding a BAT name sign. We also send the meeting instructions to your WhatsApp before pickup.
What happens if my flight is delayed?+
We monitor your flight number and adjust the pickup time when possible. There is no extra charge for normal flight delays.
Are your prices fixed?+
Yes. The price shown for your selected destination is the estimated fixed transfer price. Any special route or additional stop will be confirmed clearly before booking.
Can I request a child seat?+
Yes. Child seats can be requested in the booking form for an additional IDR 75,000, subject to availability.
Can I book a return transfer?+
Yes. Submit the first journey through WhatsApp and mention that you also need a return transfer. Our team will confirm both trips.
How do I pay?+
Payment details are confirmed through WhatsApp. Depending on the booking, payment may be made in cash to the driver or via an agreed digital payment method.
